Over 30,000 counties & cities receive funds
Smaller Cities & Counties receive funds based on population, Large Cities determined by a need-based formula, States based on unemployment.
Funds can be spent until the end of 2024. All costs must be incurred by December 31/24. By contrast, CARES Act Funds had an initial deadline of Dec. 31/20.
